Q: Are you taking an Covid-19 precautions?
A: Yes! Absolutely! Thank you for asking!
During the session I will be wearing a face mask and using a lens that allows me to be an appropriate distance away while still capturing great images!
Q: What is your booking process?
A: My booking process is fairly simple. I try to keep it that way because I know we’re all pretty busy people. So first we will have a detailed conversation about the type of session you are looking to have, the package you want to book, and the dates that work best for you. Then, I will send over the contract with more details on my policies. Next, your deposit will be collected and I’ll see you at your session.
Q: What should I wear to my session?
A: This question comes up A LOT! And trust me, I understand! When it comes to photography what you wear can make a huge impact to the image. You want to make sure that you wear colors that compliment your skin tone. Logos can be distracting. You also what to make sure that whatever you decide to wear, that it fits your body and personality. I want you to feel comfortable during your session. If you need guidance on choosing outfits best for your session I would be more than happy to assist you.
Q: Do you do any retouching to your images?
A: I do not include high-end retouching on any of my sessions. If you need retouching done, please ask. Because it is an add-on service there will be an additional charge.
Q: Do you have a photography studio? Do you do studio sessions?
A: I currently do not own my own photography studio, but I am able to rent a studio space at an additional charge. Please contact me for more information.
Q: What are my payment options?
A: I accept Debit and Credit Cards. No checks and no cash. I use PayPal to accept all payments. Please book in advance if you need to make payment arrangements.
Q: Do you offer printing services?
A: Yes! So glad you asked!
Most people don’t know this but adding artwork to your home really does make a difference. I recommend adding not only family portraits but portraits of just you to your walls. Having portraits on your walls can help the overall mood in your room. Adding a sense of love, tranquility, peace, and confidence. I’m pretty sure it’s a scentific fact.
Q: What is the turnaround time for receiving my gallery?
A: There is a two week turnaround for all sessions.
Q: What is your Cancellation Policy?
A: If you need to cancel or reschedule your session please let me know at least 48 hours in advance. I put in a lot of time and energy to put together your session and I just ask that you let me know as soon as you can. I understand things happen and I hope if you have to cancel that we can pick a date that better works for you.
Q: Can I bring other people to my session?
A: In the contract I have you state how many people you plan to bring to your session. I understand sometimes you need moral support from your friends and family. I also understand they can be pretty distracting. If you plan to bring people to your session I ask that you be mindful of the time slot that you have and keep the group small. I want to make sure to get as many amazing shots of you in the amount of time that we have together.
Q: Can I have someone taking pictures on their iPhone during my session?
A: While I allow you to bring small groups to your session, I do not allow other parties to take pictures during your allotted time slot. Please see contract for more information.
Q: Do you offer HMUA services with your packages?
A: I’m currently seeking a HMUA for headshot services. If you know someone interested, please let me know.
